5. Job Postings and Content

Employer Responsibilities:

• Job postings must comply with UK employment law

• Accurate salary and benefit information
• Clear job requirements and responsibilities

Content Moderation:

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms
• AI-enhanced job descriptions remain your intellectual property

6. Payment Terms

Premium Services:

• Payment is required in advance for premium features
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) including VAT
• No refunds for completed services unless required by law

Billing:

• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
